“Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free.”
“And when he said, From strangers, Jesus said unto him, Therefore the sons are free. ”
“Peter said to him, "From strangers." Jesus said to him, "Therefore the children are exempt.”
“After he said,“From foreigners,” Jesus said to him,“Then the sons are free.”
“But that we may not scandalize them, go to the sea, and cast in a hook: and that fish which shall first come up, take: and when thou hast opened it's mouth, thou shalt find a stater: take that, and give it to them for me and thee. ”

He says, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What think you, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?
Peter says to him, Of strangers. Jesus says to him, Then are the children free.
Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go you to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first comes up; and when you have opened his mouth, you shall find a piece of money: that take, and give to them for me and you.
