Notes, highlights, and annotations you create remain your property. By submitting content to the Service, you grant GodsGoodBook a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for content you create. Do not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Bible Content & Intellectual Property

Bible translations displayed on GodsGoodBook are sourced from publicly available or licensed texts. Each translation is the property of its respective copyright holder. GodsGoodBook does not claim ownership of any Bible translation text.

The GodsGoodBook name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that Bible content will always be accurate or complete across all translations.
