"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’"
— Mark 12:30, NET Bible
“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.”
“and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength. ”
“you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.”
“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart and with thy whole soul and with thy whole mind and with thy whole strength. This is the first commandment.”
“And you are to have love for the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.”
“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.”
He is not the God of the dead but of the living. You are badly mistaken!”
The Greatest Commandment Now one of the experts in the law came and heard them debating. When he saw that Jesus answered them well, he asked him,“Which commandment is the most important of all?”
Jesus answered,“The most important is:‘Listen, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’
The second is:‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
The expert in the law said to him,“That is true, Teacher; you are right to say that he is one, and there is no one else besides him.
And to love him with all your heart, with all your mind, and with all your strength and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”
