“And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.”

“He said to them, "Whoever divorces his wife, and marries another, commits adultery against her.”

and the two will become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one flesh.
Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
In the house once again, the disciples asked him about this.
So he told them,“Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her.
And if she divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”
Jesus and Little Children Now people were bringing little children to him for him to touch, but the disciples scolded those who brought them.
But when Jesus saw this, he was indignant and said to them,“Let the little children come to me and do not try to stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
