NASB
""If anyone asks you, 'Why are you untying it?' you shall say, 'The Lord has need of it.'""
— Luke 19:31, NASB
“And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.”
“And if any one ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say, The Lord hath need of him. ”
“If anyone asks you, 'Why are you untying it?' say to him: 'The Lord needs it.'"”
“If anyone asks you,‘Why are you untying it?’ just say,‘The Lord needs it.’””
“And if any man shall ask you: Why do you loose him? You shall say thus unto him: Because the Lord hath need of his service.”
“And if anyone says to you, Why are you taking him? say, The Lord has need of him.”
“And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.”
After He had said these things, He was going on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.
When He approached Bethphage and Bethany, near the mount that is called Olivet, He sent two of the disciples,
saying, "Go into the village ahead of you; there, as you enter, you will find a colt tied on which no one yet has ever sat; untie it and bring it here.
"If anyone asks you, 'Why are you untying it?' you shall say, 'The Lord has need of it.'"
So those who were sent went away and found it just as He had told them.
As they were untying the colt, its owners said to them, "Why are you untying the colt?"
They said, "The Lord has need of it."
