"Just as you have sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. "
— John 17:18, Catholic Public Domain Version
“As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.”
“As thou didst send me into the world, even so sent I them into the world. ”
“As you sent me into the world, even so I have sent them into the world.”
“Just as you sent me into the world, so I sent them into the world.”
“As thou hast sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.”
“Even as you have sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.”
“As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.”
I am not praying that you would take them out of the world, but that you would preserve them from evil.
They are not of the world, just as I also am not of the world.
Sanctify them in truth. Your word is truth.
Just as you have sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.
And it is for them that I sanctify myself, so that they, too, may be sanctified in truth.
But I am not praying for them only, but also for those who through their word shall believe in me.
So may they all be one. Just as you, Father, are in me, and I am in you, so also may they be one in us: so that the world may believe that you have sent me.
