“His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?”
“The disciples say unto him, Rabbi, the Jews were but now seeking to stone thee; and goest thou thither again? ”
“The disciples told him, "Rabbi, the Jews were just trying to stone you, and are you going there again?"”
“The disciples replied,“Rabbi, the Jewish leaders were just now trying to stone you to death! Are you going there again?””
“The disciples say to him: Rabbi, the Jews but now sought to stone thee. And goest thou thither again?”
“The disciples said to him, Master, the Jews were attempting only the other day to have you stoned, and are you going back there again?”
“His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?”
Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.
When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he stayed two days still in the same place where he was.
Then after that says he to his disciples, Let us go into Judaea again.
His disciples say to him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone you; and go you thither again?
Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbles not, because he sees the light of this world.
But if a man walk in the night, he stumbles, because there is no light in him.
These things said he: and after that he says to them, Our friend Lazarus sleeps; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.
