"So when Jesus came, He found that he had already been in the tomb four days."
— John 11:17, NASB
“Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already.”
“So when Jesus came, he found that he had been in the tomb four days already. ”
“So when Jesus came, he found that he had been in the tomb four days already.”
“Speaking with Martha and Mary When Jesus arrived, he found that Lazarus had been in the tomb four days already.”
“Jesus therefore came: and found that he had been four days already in the grave.”
“Now when Jesus came, he made the discovery that Lazarus had been put into the earth four days before.”
“Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already.”

and I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, so that you may believe; but let us go to him."
Therefore Thomas, who is called Didymus, said to his fellow disciples, "Let us also go, so that we may die with Him."
So when Jesus came, He found that he had already been in the tomb four days.
