"For wasn't Israel a derision to you? was he found among thieves? for as often as you speak of him, you shake your head."

“For was not Israel a derision unto thee? was he found among thieves? for since thou spakest of him, thou skippedst for joy.”
“For was not Israel a derision unto thee? was he found among thieves? for as often as thou speakest of him, thou waggest the head. ”
“For did not you people of Moab laugh at the people of Israel? Did you think that they were nothing but thieves, that you shook your head in contempt every time you talked about them?”
“For Israel hath been a derision unto them: as though thou hadst found him amongst thieves: for thy words therefore, which thou hast spoken against him, thou shalt be led away captive.”
“For did you not make sport of Israel? was he taken among thieves? for whenever you were talking about him, you were shaking your head over him.”

and on Kerioth, and on Bozrah, and on all the cities of the land of Moab, far or near.
The horn of Moab is cut off, and his arm is broken, says Yahweh.
Make him drunken; for he magnified himself against Yahweh: and Moab shall wallow in his vomit, and he also shall be in derision.
For wasn't Israel a derision to you? was he found among thieves? for as often as you speak of him, you shake your head.
You inhabitants of Moab, leave the cities, and dwell in the rock; and be like the dove that makes her nest over the mouth of the abyss.
We have heard of the pride of Moab, [that] he is very proud; his loftiness, and his pride, and his arrogance, and the haughtiness of his heart.
I know his wrath, says Yahweh, that it is nothing; his boastings have worked nothing.
