“And it came to pass after many days, that the Lord said unto me, Arise, go to Euphrates, and take the girdle from thence, which I commanded thee to hide there.”
“And it came to pass after many days, that Jehovah said unto me, Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take the girdle from thence, which I commanded thee to hide there. ”
“It happened after many days, that Yahweh said to me, Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take the belt from there, which I commanded you to hide there.”
“And it came to pass after many days, that the Lord said to me: Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take from thence the girdle, which I commanded thee to hide there.”
“Then after a long time, the Lord said to me, Up! go to Parah and get the band which I gave you orders to put there.”

Then the LORD’s message came to me again,
“Take the shorts that you bought and are wearing and go at once to Perath. Bury the shorts there in a crack in the rocks.”
So I went and buried them at Perath as the LORD had ordered me to do.
Many days later the LORD said to me,“Go at once to Perath and get the shorts I ordered you to bury there.”
So I went to Perath and dug up the shorts from the place where I had buried them. I found that they were ruined; they were good for nothing.
Then the LORD’s message came to me,
“I, the LORD, say:‘This shows how I will ruin the highly exalted position in which Judah and Jerusalem take pride.
