— Habakkuk 2:13, American King James Version
“Behold, is it not of the Lord of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?”
“Behold, is it not of Jehovah of hosts that the peoples labor for the fire, and the nations weary themselves for vanity? ”
“Behold, isn't it of Yahweh of Armies that the peoples labor for the fire, and the nations weary themselves for vanity?”
“Be sure of this! The LORD of Heaven’s Armies has decreed: The nations’ efforts will go up in smoke; their exhausting work will be for nothing.”
“Are not these things from the Lord of hosts? for the people shall labour in a great fire: and the nations in vain, and they shall faint.”
“See, is it not the pleasure of the Lord of armies that the peoples are working for the fire and using themselves up for nothing?”
“Behold, is it not of the Lord of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?”

Woe to him that builds a town with blood, and establishes a city by iniquity!
Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labor in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?
For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. ¶
Woe to him that gives his neighbor drink, that put your bottle to him, and make him drunken also, that you may look on their nakedness!
You are filled with shame for glory: drink you also, and let your foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD’s right hand shall be turned to you, and shameful spewing shall be on your glory.
