— Ezekiel 38:10, American King James Version
“Thus saith the Lord God; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:”
“Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: It shall come to pass in that day, that things shall come into thy mind, and thou shalt devise an evil device: ”
“Thus says the Lord Yahweh: It shall happen in that day, that things shall come into your mind, and you shall devise an evil device:”
““‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.”
“Thus saith the Lord God: In that day projects shall enter into thy heart, and thou shalt conceive a mischievous design.”
“This is what the Lord has said: In that day it will come about that things will come into your mind, and you will have thoughts of an evil design:”
“Thus saith the Lord God; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:”
Be you prepared, and prepare for yourself, you, and all your company that are assembled to you, and be you a guard to them. ¶
After many days you shall be visited: in the latter years you shall come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
You shall ascend and come like a storm, you shall be like a cloud to cover the land, you, and all your bands, and many people with you.
Thus says the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into your mind, and you shall think an evil thought:
And you shall say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,
To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn your hand on the desolate places that are now inhabited, and on the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the middle of the land.
Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say to you, Are you come to take a spoil? have you gathered your company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil? ¶
