The Lord said to Moses, I am the Lord: say to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, everything I am saying to you.
And Moses said to the Lord, My lips are unclean; how is it possible that Pharaoh will give me a hearing?

“That the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, I am the Lord: speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say unto thee. And Moses said before the Lord, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh hearken unto me? ”
“that Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, I am Jehovah: speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I speak unto thee. And Moses said before Jehovah, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh hearken unto me? ”
“that Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, "I am Yahweh. Speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I speak to you." Moses said before Yahweh, "Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh listen to me?"”
“he said to him,“I am the LORD. Tell Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I am telling you.” But Moses said before the LORD,“Since I speak with difficulty, why should Pharaoh listen to me?””

These are the same Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, Take the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt in their armies.
These are the men who gave orders to Pharaoh to let the children of Israel go out of Egypt: these are the same Moses and Aaron.
And on the day when the word of the Lord came to Moses in the land of Egypt,
