American King James Version
"Why the rather, brothers, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things, you shall never fall: "
— 2 Peter 1:10, American King James Version
“Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:”
“Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never stumble: ”
“Therefore, brothers, be more diligent to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never stumble.”
“Therefore, brothers and sisters, make every effort to be sure of your calling and election. For by doing this you will never stumble into sin.”
“Wherefore, brethren, labour the more, that by good works you may make sure your calling and election. For doing these things, you shall not sin at any time.”
“For this reason, my brothers, take all the more care to make your selection and approval certain; for if you do these things you will never have a fall:”
“Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:”
And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that you shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
But he that lacks these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and has forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
Why the rather, brothers, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things, you shall never fall:
For so an entrance shall be ministered to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Why I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though you know them, and be established in the present truth.
Yes, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;
