American King James Version
"Now for a recompense in the same, (I speak as to my children,) be you also enlarged. "
— 2 Corinthians 6:13, American King James Version
“Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.”
“Now for a recompense in like kind (I speak as unto my children), be ye also enlarged. ”
“Now in return, I speak as to my children, you also be open wide.”
“Now as a fair exchange– I speak as to my children– open wide your hearts to us also.”
“But having the same recompense (I speak as to my children): be you also enlarged.”
“Now to give me back payment of the same sort (I am talking as to my children), let your hearts be wide open to me.”
“Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.”
As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
O you Corinthians, our mouth is open to you, our heart is enlarged.
You are not straitened in us, but you are straitened in your own bowels.
Now for a recompense in the same, (I speak as to my children,) be you also enlarged.
Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness?
And what concord has Christ with Belial? or what part has he that believes with an infidel?
And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
