"Most beloved, if our heart does not reproach us, we can have confidence toward God; "
— 1 John 3:21, Catholic Public Domain Version
“Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.”
“Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, we have boldness toward God; ”
“Beloved, if our hearts don't condemn us, we have boldness toward God;”
“Dear friends, if our conscience does not condemn us, we have confidence in the presence of God,”
“Dearly beloved, if our heart do not reprehend us, we have confidence towards God.”
“My loved ones, if our heart does not say that we have done wrong, we have no fear before him;”
“Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.”
My little sons, let us not love in words only, but in works and in truth.
In this way, we will know that we are of the truth, and we will commend our hearts in his sight.
For even if our heart reproaches us, God is greater than our heart, and he knows all things.
Most beloved, if our heart does not reproach us, we can have confidence toward God;
and whatever we shall request of him, we shall receive from him. For we keep his commandments, and we do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
And this is his commandment: that we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as he has commanded us.
And those who keep his commandments abide in him, and he in them. And we know that he abides in us by this: by the Spirit, whom he has given to us.
