“and Ishmerai, and Izliah, and Jobab, the sons of Elpaal, and Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi, and Elienai, and Zillethai, and Eliel, and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath, the sons of Shimei, and Ishpan, and Eber, and Eliel, and Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan, and Hananiah, and Elam, and Anthothijah, and Iphdeiah, and Penuel, the sons of Shashak, and Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah, and Jaareshiah, and Elijah, and Zichri, the sons of Jeroham. These were heads of fathers’ houses throughout their generations, chief men: these dwelt in Jerusalem. And in Gibeon there dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jeiel, whose wife’s name was Maacah; and his first-born son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab, and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher. And Mikloth begat Shimeah. And they also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, over against their brethren. And Ner begat Kish; and Kish begat Saul; and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchi-shua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal. And the son of Jonathan was Merib-baal; and Merib-baal begat Micah. And the sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz. And Ahaz begat Jehoaddah; and Jehoaddah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza. And Moza begat Binea; Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son. And Azel had six sons, whose names are these: Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel. And the sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his first-born, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third. And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and had many sons, and sons’ sons, a hundred and fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin. ”

Shamsherai, Shechariah, Athaliah, Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zikri were the sons of Jeroham. These were the family leaders listed in the genealogical records; they lived in Jerusalem. The father of Gibeon lived in Gibeon; his wife’s name was Maacah. His firstborn son was Abdon, followed by Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab, Gedor, Ahio, Zeker, and Mikloth. Mikloth was the father of Shimeah. They also lived near their relatives in Jerusalem. Ner was the father of Kish, and Kish was the father of Saul. Saul was the father of Jonathan, Malki-Shua, Abinadab, and Eshbaal. The son of Jonathan:Meribbaal. Meribbaal was the father of Micah. The sons of Micah:Pithon, Melech, Tarea, and Ahaz. Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah, and Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri. Zimri was the father of Moza, and Moza was the father of Binea. His son was Raphah, whose son was Eleasah, whose son was Azel. Azel had six sons: Azrikam his firstborn, followed by Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel. The sons of his brother Eshek:Ulam was his firstborn, Jeush second, and Eliphelet third. The sons of Ulam were warriors who were adept archers. They had many sons and grandsons, a total of 150.All these were the descendants of Benjamin.”

And Samsari, and Sohoria and Otholia, And Jersia, and Elia, and Zechri, the sons of Jeroham. These were the chief fathers, and heads of their families who dwelt in Jerusalem. And at Gabaon dwelt Abigabaon, and the name of his wife was Maacha: And his firstborn son Abdon, and Sur, and Cis, and Baal, and Nadab, And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zacher, and Macelloth: And Macelloth begot Samaa: and they dwelt over against their brethren in Jerusalem with their brethren. And Ner begot Cis and Cis begot Saul. And Saul begot Jonathan and Melchisua, and Abinadab, and Esbaal. And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal: and Meribbaal begot Micha. And the sons of Micha were Phithon, and Melech, and Tharaa, and Ahaz. And Ahaz begot Joada: and Joada begot Alamath, and Azmoth, and Zamri: and Zamri begot Mosa, And Mosa begot Banaa, whose son was Rapha, of whom was born Elasa, who begot Asel. And Asel had six sons whose names were Ezricam, Bochru, Ismahel, Saris, Obdia, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Asel. And the sons of Esec, his brother, were Ulam the firstborn, and Jehus the second, and Eliphalet the third. And the sons of Ulam were most valiant men, and archers of great strength: and they had many sons and grandsons, even to a hundred and fifty. All these were children of Benjamin. ”

And the son of Jonathan was Merib-baal; and Merib-baal was the father of Micah. And the sons of Micah: Pithon and Melech and Tarea and Ahaz. And Ahaz was the father of Jehoaddah; and Jehoaddah was the father of Alemeth and Azmaveth and Zimri; and Zimri was the father of Moza; And Moza was the father of Binea: Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son; And Azel had five sons, whose names are: Azrikam, his oldest, and Ishmael and Sheariah and Obadiah and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel. And the sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his oldest son, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third. And the sons of Ulam were men of war, bowmen, and had a great number of sons and sons' sons, a hundred and fifty. All these were the sons of Benjamin.”
