Bible in Basic English
He puts an end to the pride of kings, and sends them wandering in the waste lands where there is no way.
But he puts the poor man on high from his troubles, and gives him families like a flock.
The upright see it and are glad: the mouth of the sinner is stopped.
Let the wise give thought to these things, and see the mercies of the Lord.

The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth. Whoso is wise, and will observe these things, even they shall understand the lovingkindness of the Lord. ”

When the godly see this, they rejoice, and every sinner shuts his mouth. Whoever is wise, let him take note of these things! Let them consider the LORD’s acts of loyal love!”
