Job is the ancient story of a righteous man stripped of everything he has, and the four friends who try and fail to explain his suffering. When God finally speaks, he does not answer the "why" — he reveals himself, and Job worships from a place deeper than his pain.
“Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.”
“Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.”
“For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth.”
