"And I said, “Now I have begun. This change is from the right hand of the Most High.” "
— Psalms 76:11, Catholic Public Domain Version
“Vow, and pay unto the Lord your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.”
“Vow, and pay unto Jehovah your God: Let all that are round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared. ”
“Make vows to Yahweh your God, and fulfill them! Let all of his neighbors bring presents to him who is to be feared.”
“Make vows to the LORD your God and repay them! Let all those who surround him bring tribute to the awesome one!”
“And I said, Now have I begun: this is the change of the right hand of the most High.”
“Give to the Lord your God what is his by right; let all who are round him give offerings to him who is to be feared.”
“Vow, and pay unto the Lord your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.”
So then, will God reject for eternity? Will he not continue to allow himself to show favor?
Or, will he cut off his mercy in the end, from generation to generation?
And would God ever forget to be merciful? Or, would he, in his wrath, restrict his mercies?
And I said, “Now I have begun. This change is from the right hand of the Most High.”
I was mindful of the works of the Lord. For I will be mindful from the beginning of your wonders,
and I will meditate on all your works. And I will take part in your intentions.
Your way, O God, is in what is holy. Which God is great like our God?
