"For in that day everyone shall cast away his idols of silver and his idols of gold--sin which your own hands have made for you."
— Isaiah 31:7, World English Bible
“For in that day every man shall cast away his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which your own hands have made unto you for a sin.”
“For in that day they shall cast away every man his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which your own hands have made unto you for a sin. ”
“For at that time everyone will get rid of the silver and gold idols your hands sinfully made.”
“For in that day a man shall cast away his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which your hands have made for you to sin.”
“For in that day they will all give up their images of silver and of gold, the sin which they made for themselves.”
“For in that day every man shall cast away his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which your own hands have made unto you for a sin.”
For thus says Yahweh to me, "As the lion and the young lion growling over his prey, if a multitude of shepherds is called together against him, will not be dismayed at their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them, so Yahweh of Armies will come down to fight on Mount Zion and on its heights.
As birds hovering, so Yahweh of Armies will protect Jerusalem. He will protect and deliver it. He will pass over and preserve it."
Return to him from whom you have deeply revolted, children of Israel.
For in that day everyone shall cast away his idols of silver and his idols of gold--sin which your own hands have made for you.
